French Rivera
May 20-22, 2000
We stayed in Nice on the French Riviera and visited towns like Cannes, Eze, Monaco and the
ultra-expensive Cap Ferrat. Excellent food wherever we went. Wonderful local cheeses, but menus
not always with English translations, which led us to order duck foie gras (liver).
This is the view from one of the villas we visited.
One of the gardens we visited had beautiful birds of paradise.
We took a train down to Cannes during the film festival, but did not see any famous folks.
